Yellow petals with wide red eyezone on petals, pale red band on sepals.  Large green throat.

Bow Tie Kiss has lots of genetics from our Arno’s Bow Tie line.  Including Ida Mae Norris in the genetics brought large size and flat opening to Bow Tie Kiss.  The genetics also include lots of dormant and hardy plants and we have had no winter damage on Bow Tie Kiss.

In the garden, Bow Tie Kiss is an attention grabber.  Bright yellow, green, and red grabs the eye but the large flower size and tall scape make Bow Tie Kiss visible from across the garden.  It was a fun flower to see in peak bloom in the summer of 2025.  It should be a fun flower for other gardeners and hybridizers as well as it is an all-around good garden plant.
